Terms of Booking

Submitting a booking request is a request, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment exists once it has been accepted and any deposit has been paid.

You must be 18 or older. Nobody is tattooed under 18, with or without a guardian present.

A non-refundable deposit holds your appointment and comes off the final price. It is forfeited if you cancel less than 48 hours before appointment, no-show, or reschedule more than twice.

Cancellation window: 48 hours.

Missing an appointment forfeits the deposit. Booking again requires a new deposit.

More than 15 minutes late may shorten the session. More than 30 minutes late without contact is treated as a no-show.

Two reschedules are free with at least 48 hours notice and keeps your deposit. Anything after that requires a new deposit.

Deposits are payment for the design time and the reserved slot, and are applied to the final price of the piece.

Tattooing is a permanent, custom service performed on your body and cannot be returned. Disputing a completed session or a forfeited deposit as an unauthorized charge, having agreed to these terms, is a breach of them.

Custom work is drawn in the artist's own style. Reference images guide the piece; they are not copied.

Tattoos are handmade. Small variations from the drawing are expected, and fine lines and small details expand and soften as skin ages.

Healing is your responsibility once you leave. Aftercare instructions are provided; the result depends on following them.

Photographs of finished work may be used in the studio's portfolio and social media unless you decline the photo release on your consent form. Photographs of the area being tattooed that you upload with a booking request are private working material and are never published.

A signed consent record is a regulated client record. It is kept for at least 7 years after the appointment (WAC 308-22-070(3)), and it cannot be deleted before then even at your request.
