Privacy Policy

Booking requests collect your name, email address, phone number, and the details of the piece you are asking for: concept, size, placement, budget, and the reference images and photographs of the area you upload.

Signing a consent form additionally collects your legal name, date of birth, address, emergency contact, the health screening answers on the form, a photograph of your photo ID, and your signature.

To answer your request, schedule and perform the work, keep the consent and client records the state requires, and contact you about your appointment or aftercare.

It is not sold, and it is not used for advertising or profiling.

The service providers that run this site and its messaging — hosting, database, and email delivery — process this information on the studio's instructions and for no other purpose.

Work is performed at Andromeda Ink, which holds the licensed premises. A copy of your signed consent record is kept in the shop's client file as the state requires, alongside the copy held here.

Records are disclosed to a health authority, licensing inspector, or in response to a lawful legal request when required.

A signed consent record is a regulated client record. It is kept for at least 7 years after the appointment (WAC 308-22-070(3)), and it cannot be deleted before then even at your request.

Booking requests that do not become appointments, and the images attached to them, are removed once they are no longer needed.

You may ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Anything outside the retention period above is deleted on request; the regulated portion of a consent record is redacted as soon as its retention period ends.
